We are currently seeking an exceptional Manager, Talent Development to join our People Operations team.
Reporting to Director, Talent Development, this individual will be responsible for leading critical initiatives to ensure Raintree is a training ground for high achievers. This includes designing and administering a best-in-class onboarding program, ensuring all Rainees have the functional training necessary to excel in their roles, and contributing to and leading key initiatives that both elevate Rainee engagement as well as customer satisfaction. The Manager, Talent Development will use both live instructor led methods as well as cutting edge learning technologies to provide Rainees blended, just-in-time learning experiences that meet the needs of our remote-first team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Onboarding
- Take ownership of and elevate the onboarding experience to accelerate ramp and enhance engagement of all new Rainees.
- Ensure all new Rainees have a strong foundational knowledge of our organization and culture, as well as our products, services, and competitive differentiators.
- Provide new Rainees the opportunity to understand our clients’ experience and needs through first-hand immersion in their practices.
Functional Training
- Partner with leaders across Raintree, to design, implement, and administer comprehensive functional training programs that elevate Rainees’ role-specific knowledge and skills.
- Partner with leaders in our Client Success organization, to design, implement, and administer a comprehensive functional training program that elevates client interaction / management skills and technical product knowledge, resulting in a measurable improvement in NPS.
- Collaborate with business leaders and People Operations colleagues to ensure alignment between functional training programs and Rainees’ career growth journeys within and across departments as applicable.
Continuous Rainee Development
- Develop and execute strategic talent development initiatives that are in alignment with and in and of themselves critical business objectives.
- Apply recognized talent development best practices to provide comprehensive and delightful learning experiences for all Rainees that lead to measurable improvement in time to productivity, employee engagement and eNPS.
- Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions, leveraging best practices in adult learning methodologies.
- Assess the effectiveness of learning programs through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.
Position Proficiencies and Requirements
- 5+ years of training facilitation experience
- 5+ years of instructional design experience
- 3+ years experience strategically planning and program managing organizational learning initiatives
- 3+ years experience creating engaging self-paced learning experiences using elearning / content development tools
- 3+ years Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience
- Ability to work with multi time-zone teams in both the U.S. as well as Eastern Europe.
- BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional design, organizational development, communications, or equivalent experience
- Previous SaaS or Healthcare IT company experience preferred
- Dynamic and engaging presentation skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Google Suite
