As a Software Engineering Manager at Spreetail, you’ll lead a high-performing team delivering scalable, high-quality technology solutions that drive measurable business impact. You’ll balance people leadership, technical excellence, and innovation to deliver at scale.
How you will achieve success:
- Build and coach a strong engineering team.
- Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Drive system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, UX, and Data.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and promote innovation.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 7–10 years total experience; 2+ in team leadership.
- Technical depth in backend or data platform engineering.
- Proven delivery of large-scale systems on AWS or equivalent.
- Strong communicator and coach.
- A growth mindset and passion for mentorship.
