The ServiceNow Next Experience framework provides us with modern UI tools (GraphQL, Redux) to create a seamless web interface for our customers. In addition, we are utilizing Gen AI capabilities from the Now Platform to generate meaningful content for our customers to act upon. - Deliver high quality solutions on time.
- Lead / manage teams of 5-7 engineers
- Collaborate with cross functional global teams such as product management, design, support and other dev teams.
- Encourage innovative mindset towards solving difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems
- Build and maintain high performance engineering teams with a predictable delivery cadence.
- Mentor engineers and guide them towards achieving their career objectives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 9+ years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and advanced coding skills, 2+ years of managing development teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high quality solutions as a lead / manager.
- Experience with managing teams with Agile / Scrum development practices
- Fluency in one or more relevant programming language (Java, C++, Ruby. Shell, JavaScript)
- An understanding of broad concepts and experience using those concepts to understand and develop solutions for problems
- Ability to execute a project based on our priorities, context, risks and desired outcomes
