About AOT

We're on a mission to help enterprises and governments bring their ideas to life.

As a boutique consulting firm, we partner with enterprises, startups, and governments to solve complex, mission-critical challenges. Our expertise spans business process management, automation and AI, cloud, and application development. Our teams are collaborative, our leadership is transparent, and our work is impactful.

Alongside our consulting practice, we’re product builders: our flagship platform, formsflow.ai, is a low-code solution that simplifies complex form creation, approvals, and workflow automation, helping organizations move faster without sacrificing quality or compliance. Under the SLED360 umbrella, we deliver products and services tailored to the unique needs of state and local governments and the education sector, from modern case management to digital services. Our product offerings reflect our entrepreneurial spirit and firsthand experience solving real-world problems with scalable, human-centered technology.

As we expand into new markets and scale our solutions, there’s never been a better time to join AOT.

Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll lead AOT’s partner and alliance strategy across North America and select global markets. You’ll own the onboarding, relationship management, and co-marketing strategy for technology partners, service providers, and consulting allies.

Your role spans go-to-market planning, content development, and performance optimization – always in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

You will:

  • Drive strategic alliances with global IT firms, ISVs, and distributors to expand reach and win new markets
  • Manage onboarding, enablement, and ongoing collaboration with partners supporting product GTM, services, and consulting for formsflow.ai and SLED360
    • Partners include cloud, process automation, and integration software vendors (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, RedHat, UiPath, Camunda) and distributors (e.g., TD Synnex, Carahsoft, Arrow)
  • Engage with partners to plan and execute joint marketing initiatives – including content, events, and digital campaigns – aligned with demand generation goals
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and talent management to ensure internal alignment and partner readiness
  • Analyze program effectiveness using CRM and marketing analytics tools, continually optimizing for impact

You’ll work closely with:

  • ABM/demand generation, to collaboratively define partner personas, collaborate on campaigns, and build and nurture the partner funnel
  • Brand managers, product managers, and consulting practice leads, to develop the collaterals required for co-marketing events and partner enablements
  • Sales and account management, to help close partner-sourced opportunities and strengthen pitches requiring partner support
  • Talent management, to embed partner technologies into our training and development plans
Who You Are

You’re a relationship-first strategist with the ability to build trust quickly with both partners and internal teams. You think in terms of ecosystems, not just channels.

You have:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, including 5+ in IT/SaaS
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing consulting environments focused on IT services or solutions
  • Proven success designing and scaling alliance and co-marketing programs
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with partner management platforms
  • Exposure to outbound email marketing
  • Experience developing technical case studies, white papers, and other client engagement communications
  • Understanding of martech, including demand generation platforms, CRM and MAP systems, and attribute tracking
  • Strong understanding of IT services, technologies, and project lifecycles
  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or information technology

Must be located in and eligible to work in Canada.

What We Offer
  • $85K–$115K CAD base salary, with total earning potential of $115K–$180K+ (based on attributable revenue generated)
  • Remote-first work environment, with optional hybrid work for candidates located in Victoria, BC
  • Flexible schedules and generous paid time off
  • Competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits from Day 1
  • Employer-sponsored deferred profit-sharing plan
  • Career development support, including mentoring, training, and professional development budget
  • A collaborative, mission-driven culture where your work matters
