    • Optimize Salesforce security, performance, and governance for enterprise-scale operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
    • Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to design and deliver scalable solutions.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies, influencing sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical grooming.
    • Advocate for process improvements in development, DevOps, and documentation.
  • Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure high-quality engineering standards, maintaining compliance with security and performance benchmarks.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for development standards, technical solutions, and best practices.

 Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, with expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and OmniScript.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, managing Salesforce developers and guiding technical strategy.
  • Strong background in Salesforce DevOps (Gearset, Git, CI/CD) and Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, including Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and APIs.
  • Proven ability to balance hands-on development with team management.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Architect-level certifications (Application, System, or Technical Architect).
