Who we are

We're a leading, global security authority that's disrupting our own category.  Our encryption is trusted by the major ecommerce brands, the world's largest companies, the major cloud providers, entire country financial systems, entire internets of things and even down to the little things like surgically embedded pacemakers.  We help companies put trust - an abstract idea - to work. That's digital trust for the real world.

Job summary

We are looking for a Manager, Salesforce Administration & Development to lead our Salesforce team and serve as the strategic owner of our Salesforce platform and related GTM applications. This role goes beyond day-to-day administration: you will partner with business stakeholders, ask the right questions, and make prioritization decisions that ensure Salesforce and our connected systems enable growth, scalability, and operational excellence.

You will manage a team of developers and administrators, collaborate across Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Finance, and set the roadmap for Salesforce as the hub of our GTM stack. A background in consulting or similar stakeholder-facing roles is highly valued.

What you will do

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Salesforce admins and developers (~6 direct reports: developers, senior admins, and junior admins).
  • Define and own the Salesforce platform roadmap across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Finance.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, strategic solutions.
  • Drive prioritization and decision-making around projects, balancing business needs and technical capacity.
  • Champion best practices, governance, and documentation standards for Salesforce and related GTM systems.

Systems Ownership

  • Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce (SFDC) and its integrations with tools such as Eloqua, LeanData, and other SaaS GTM applications.
  • Oversee the administration, development, and customization of Salesforce to optimize workflows, reporting, and business processes.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across the platform.
  • Manage Jira for ticket intake and prioritization and Confluence for process and project documentation.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with Operations and Analytics teams to align systems and data strategy with business goals.
  • Act as a bridge between technical team members and business leaders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to deliver tools and processes that drive revenue and efficiency.
  • Engage with Finance stakeholders to support forecasting, billing, and financial workflows tied to Salesforce.

What you will have

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or architecture.
  • 3+ years managing a Salesforce team or leading cross-functional projects.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing integrations.
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

  • Background in consulting, solution architecture, or business systems leadership.
  • Experience with Eloqua, LeanData, and other GTM tools.
  • Familiarity with Jira (ticketing) and Confluence (documentation).
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect-level certifications).

What Success Looks Like

  • Salesforce is a trusted, well-governed hub for GTM and operational systems.
  • Business stakeholders see you as a partner who asks the right questions and guides them toward the best solutions.
  • The Salesforce team is motivated, effective, and delivering measurable impact across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Finance.
  • Projects are prioritized strategically, executed smoothly, and aligned with company goals.
