About Paxos

Today’s financial infrastructure is archaic, expensive, inefficient and risky — supporting a system that leaves out more people than it lets in. So we’re rebuilding it.

We’re on a mission to open the world’s financial system to everyone by enabling the instant movement of any asset, any time, in a trustworthy way. For over a decade, we’ve built blockchain infrastructure that tokenizes, custodies, trades and settles assets for the world’s leading financial institutions, like Mastercard, Visa, Robinhood, and PayPal.

About the team

Our Revenue team drives the engine behind Paxos' growth, building the systems and processes that enable our sales organization to scale efficiently while maintaining our high standards for client experience. This team tackles complex challenges around forecasting accuracy, pipeline optimization and performance analytics in the fast-moving world of regulated blockchain infrastructure. As we continue expanding our partnerships with leading financial institutions, this team ensures our sales operations can adapt and scale seamlessly to support our mission of opening the world's financial system.

About the role

As Manager, Sales Operations, you'll be the strategic architect behind our sales machine, transforming data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth. You'll own critical functions from forecasting models to CRM optimization, working directly with leadership to turn ambitious growth targets into executable operational strategies.

What you'll do

  • Own and optimize sales forecasting processes, building predictive models that enable accurate revenue planning and strategic decision-making across the organization
  • Manage Salesforce CRM operations, ensuring data quality, reporting accuracy and system optimization that empowers the sales team to perform at peak efficiency
  • Implement and leverage AI tools throughout the sales organization, identifying automation opportunities that drive measurable productivity gains and competitive advantages
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify revenue opportunities and bottlenecks, translating complex insights into clear executive recommendations that drive strategic initiatives
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with marketing, product and finance teams, ensuring seamless alignment between growth objectives and operational execution
  • Establish accountability frameworks for sales leaders, creating systems that ensure consistent data inputs and adherence to operational processes that drive results
  • Design and maintain performance dashboards and metrics that provide real-time visibility into sales health, enabling proactive decision-making and course corrections

About you

  • • 5+ years of sales or revenue operations experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments, with proven success scaling operations during rapid expansion
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing sales forecasting processes, with a track record of improving accuracy and enabling better strategic planning
  • Strong Salesforce experience with deep knowledge of CRM management, data quality optimization and advanced reporting capabilities
  • Proven experience implementing AI tools in sales operations, with measurable results in productivity improvements or process automation
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL and data visualization tools
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels in remote-first environments
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments while managing multiple competing priorities
