About the opportunityThis role owns SOVRA's Proposal Desk and Sales Operations function — the team responsible for how SOVRA responds to RFPs, how sales tools and data work day to day, and how sales leadership gets the reporting they need to run the business. You'll lead a small team (an RFP coordinator, RFP writer, and Sales Ops Analyst) and be the person sales leaders come to when a process needs to change or a tool needs to work better.
What you'll doRFP and proposal leadership
You own the RFP response process end to end — from how proposals get built to the quality bar they meet before they go out.
You manage the RFP coordination team, RFP writer, and Sales Ops Analyst, setting direction and holding the team accountable to a consistent process.
Sales tools and operations
You own adoption of the sales tech stack — Salesforce, CRM, Gong, Paperflite, Responsive, and GovNav — making sure the tools actually get used and used well.
You lead strategic projects like implementing a pricing tool inside the CRM, managing the work from scope to rollout.
Reporting and enablement
You manage sales data, reporting, and dashboards with the Sales Ops Analyst, turning raw numbers into insight sales leaders act on.
You build and run the sales enablement plan — training, resources, and insight that move team performance.
You create and refine QBR templates and standardized reporting for sales leadership.
Process and partnership
You manage relationships with sales leaders directly, adjusting process and support as their needs change.
You build scalable, reusable processes so the team's work stays consistent as SOVRA grows.

Team leadership — you've managed a small team and know how to set direction, not just assign tasks.
