Who We Are

MirrorWeb is a fast-growing Manchester-born scale-up that also has headquarters in Austin, Texas. We have earned a global reputation for enabling financial firms to manage risk through cutting-edge data archiving and supervision solutions. We help organisations meet their compliance needs more efficiently than ever before. Our platform captures, monitors and stores all digital communications—whether it’s emails, MS Teams conversations, iMessages, or anything else. This helps businesses comply with strict regulations and avoid costly fines like the $5 billion issued by the SEC in 2023.
Our mission is simple: to allow firms to communicate freely and confidently with the knowledge that all messages will be monitored and flagged in real-time if noncompliant. Having recently secured significant investment from a US growth equity firm, we’re ready for our next phase of rapid expansion, and are looking for the right people to slot in quickly and take us to the next level.

The Opportunity:
MirrorWeb is seeking a strategic sales development leader who thinks like an engineer and leads like a coach. In this role, you'll architect and optimize our entire sales development motion - from lead flow to handoff - while building a high-performing team of SDRs in Austin, Texas. You'll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, serving as both the quarterback of our pipeline generation engine and the mentor who develops top talent. This is a highly visible, high-impact role reporting to our VP, Marketing.

What You'll Build:

Systems & Strategy

  • Design and continuously optimize our end-to-end SDR motion, from lead routing to SQL handoff
  • Own the data: build dashboards, analyze conversion metrics, and identify bottlenecks in the funnel
  • Partner with Marketing and RevOps to improve lead quality, attribution, and tech stack efficiency
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks for messaging, cadences, and outreach strategies

Team & Talent

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class SDR/BDR team with clear paths to promotion
  • Provide 1:1 coaching using call reviews, data analysis, and skills development frameworks
  • Create a culture of continuous learning, healthy competition, and mission-driven performance

Revenue Impact

  • Drive predictable pipeline generation that fuels our growth targets
  • Proactively model capacity needs and manage headcount planning aligned to revenue goals
  • Design incentive structures and contests that drive both activity and outcomes

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistent over achievement of monthly/quarterly pipeline targets
  • High SDR → AE conversion rates and team retention
  • Efficient lead-to-SQL conversion with improving velocity metrics
  • Cross-functional partnership that earns you a seat at the strategy table

What You'll Need:

  • Experience managing high-performing SDR/BDR teams at a B2B SaaS company with a proven track record of exceeding pipeline targets
  • Data-driven operator who uses metrics and analytics to coach, optimize processes, and drive strategic decisions - not just report on activity
  • Systems thinker with a player-coach mentality: you'll model best practices, build repeatable processes, and scale what works
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels - from 1:1 coaching conversations to executive presentations to cross-functional strategy sessions
  • Experience with modern sales tech stack and
    leveraging
    AI
(CRM, sales engagement platforms, conversation intelligence tools) to continuously optimize the team performance and workflows

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration - you can juggle multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and execute with urgency while building for long-term scale

What’s on Offer:

• Comprehensive Health Coverage – Premium medical, dental, and vision plans to

keep you and your family healthy.

• Life Assurance - Financial peace of mind for you and your loved ones.

• 401(k) Retirement Plan - We invest in your future with a 3% non-elective

contribution, regardless of your own contributions.

• Generous Paid Time Off - 20 days PTO, plus a day off on your birthday and paid sick

leave so you can recharge and celebrate.

• Enhanced Family Leave - Extra support for life’s most important moments.

• Flexible Lifestyle Benefits - $100 monthly Juno allowance to spend on health,

wellness, learning, or whatever matters most to you.

• Equity Appreciation Rights (EAR) - Share in our success with an opportunity to

benefit from the company’s growth through our equity incentive program.
