About the Role:
We’re looking for an XDR Manager to lead our Direct Sales SDR & BDR team responsible for managing a team of Inbound and Outbound SDRs for JumpCloud’s India and Direct business. You’ll partner with our sales leadership and marketing team to drive our current inbound/outbound strategy, tactical execution, process optimizations, accountability, and measure performance against weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
The JumpCloud SDR team is a key area of focus for the organization responsible for improving top through mid-funnel conversion and rapidly growing acquisition of new logos. You’ll be expected to bring your experience and sense of urgency to help propel the team forward. This role reports to the Global Head of Sales Development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Grow and lead a team of highly qualified sales development representatives based in our APAC region
- Partner with Demand Generation to uplevel current processes for inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting and develop new ones where needed.
- Partner with the Global Head of SDRs to create global standards of SDR operation and performance.
- Own pipeline goals by working with your team to generate qualified meetings for the Direct sales team.
- Realtime coaching for the team on best practices to develop the skills needed to progress their careers within JumpCloud.
- Bring enthusiasm and creativity to the team daily, to nurture a winning and collaborative environment.
- Monitor SFDC, Outreach and other tools to track activities, ensure SLAs are met, and provide regular updates to sales and marketing leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership, including 2+ years experience managing an SDR team
- Familiarity with security or identity and access management industry.
- Strong ability to motivate your team and drive results, especially in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use Salesforce and other tools to manage the business and accurately forecast pipeline and meeting generation. Outreach and Gong experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organization skills.
- A positive can-do attitude, a passion for helping coach sales people, and a personal investment in your team’s success and the success and growth of its individuals.
- Bachelor’s degree desired but not required.

Where you’ll be working/Location:
This role is hybrid in the country of India. You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.
This hybrid role is based in the Bengaluru metro area and requires team members to spend a few days each week in the office. You are able to work remotely when not in the office.
