Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and client-facing Manager,Reporting & Analytics to lead insights generation, performance reporting, and optimization strategies for our pharmaceutical advertising clients. This leader will be responsible for translating complex data sets into actionable insights, partnering closely with clients, sales, and product teams to ensure measurable outcomes and continuous improvement across campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary analytics lead for top-tier clients, delivering clear, compelling reports with strategic insights and data-driven recommendations.
Partner with internal and client teams to define and implement strategies that align with campaign objectives and BranchLab’s platform capabilities.
Synthesize data from internal data, third-party measurement partners (e.g., Crossix, IQVIA etc), and media delivery logs to assess audience performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Lead the creation and presentation of analytics deliverables, including campaign insights decks, test-and-learn frameworks, quarterly business reviews, and custom client analyses.
Inform product and methodology enhancements by sharing client feedback and identifying emerging needs in the market.
Ensure analytics outputs maintain the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance—reinforcing BranchLab’s value as a trusted data science partner.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in analytics roles within advertising, media, or marketing science; strong preference for experience in healthcare/pharma advertising.
Proven ability to lead client conversations and present insights to executive-level stakeholders.
Deep familiarity with healthcare media measurement tools, privacy regulations, and compliance-related nuances (e.g., HIPAA, MHMD, cleanroom environments).
Demonstrated experience working with campaign performance data, audience modeling outputs, and third-party measurement.
Strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate data into business impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker); plus experience with SQL or Python.
Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Understanding of healthcare data, pharma marketing, and compliance regulations
