Title: Manager, Recruiting Programs and Operations
Reports to: VP, Recruiting
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $120,000 to $150,000 base plus bonus and equity
What We Do:
Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.
We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating under-resourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.
What You’ll Do:
Huntress is seeking a Manager, Recruiting Programs and Operations to join our growing people team. In this high-impact, strategic role, you will serve as a business partner and critical advisor to the VP of Recruitment and the broader executive leadership team. This is not a reactive administrative role; it is defined by a high degree of proactivity, sharp business acumen, and the authority to drive systemic change across the entire organization.
In this position, you will move beyond standard reporting to driving insights, translating complex recruitment data into actionable business recommendations that directly influence our company’s growth trajectory. You will own our entire technology ecosystem and financial strategy, ensuring that every tool, dollar, and process is optimized for maximum efficiency. Whether you are forecasting team capacity or advising on the health of the global hiring pipeline, your work will be the backbone of our ability to scale with precision and speed.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the overarching recruitment strategy as a forward-looking partner to the VP of Recruitment, leading operational initiatives with full autonomy
- Synthesize complex recruitment data into clear, compelling narratives that allow executive leadership to make informed decisions on company growth
- Own the entire recruitment technology ecosystem, including Greenhouse, BrightHire, Guide, and Endorsed, while continuously researching emerging tech to maintain a competitive edge
- Translate long-term business goals into high-impact hiring practices and processes that serve the entire organization
- Conduct comprehensive budgetary analyses to provide high-level ROI insights and guide strategic investments across the talent acquisition function
- Advise the VP of Recruitment on team capacity by using data-driven forecasting for recruiters and coordinators
- Proactively collect and analyze pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and recommend immediate actions to improve performance across all departments
- Use a data driven approach to improve automation and workflow processes for the recruiting organization
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business to drive alignment and ensure the adoption of new operational standards
- Lead and mentor the recruitment coordinator team, establishing clear KPIs and building robust development plans to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline
- Identify and execute business-wide improvements by analyzing recruitment trends to increase the efficiency of hiring managers and interviewers
What You Bring To The Team:
- 5+ years of strategic leadership experience in a high-growth environment, with a proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives without direct supervision
- Advanced analytical skills, specifically the ability to "harvest" raw data and transform it into executive-level strategy and resource planning
- Expert-level proficiency in the Greenhouse ATS and the broader recruitment tech landscape (BrightHire, Guide, Endorsed)
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience managing recruitment spend and performing deep-dive ROI analysis on vendors and tools
- Proven track record of managing and developing teams, with a focus on managerial excellence and capacity modeling
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving change at the executive level
- Deep understanding of business operations, with the ability to link recruitment workflows directly to overarching corporate milestones
- Experience using AI tools in recruiting to help improve processes and candidate experience, as well as to improve efficiency
What We Offer:
- 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
- Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
- 12 weeks of paid parental leave
- Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
- 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
- Life and Disability insurance plans
- Stock options for all full-time employees
- One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
- Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
- $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
