POSITION: Manager, R&D Finance
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Manager R&D Finance with the following duties: Drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the highly specialized Data & Quantitative Sciences group, overseeing a budget exceeding $470M and supporting over 700 world-class professionals; Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish robust capacity planning and resource allocation strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission; Be responsible to design advanced financial models and tools to support strategic objectives, optimizing financial systems and processes, and deliver insightful reporting packages that summarize critical financial results; Strengthen external collaborations through meticulous performance tracking and analysis, while providing ad hoc reporting to guide high-impact key decision-making; Shape the financial framework of one of Takeda's most sophisticated and high-value groups; up to 40% remote work allowed.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Finance or Economics or related field plus 3 years of related experience. Prior experience must include: Execute financial planning, analysis, and reporting with expertise in managing large-scale budgets, effectively supporting Senior Management in driving strategic decisions for company; Utilize financial systems such as IBM Cognos TM1 and SAP for comprehensive analysis and data management; Strategically partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop capacity planning and resource allocation strategies aligned with organizational objectives; Deliver insightful reporting packages summarizing critical financial results, enabling impactful decision-making; Strengthen external collaborations through detailed performance tracking and meticulous analysis.
Full time. $135,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year. Competitive compensation and benefits.
