The Manager, Program Development for Continuing Education in Real Estate plays a crucial role in developing, improving, and delivering high-quality educational products for both asynchronous and synchronous learners. What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and enhance high-quality educational programs for both asynchronous and synchronous learners.
  • Incorporate innovative instructional strategies to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness.
  • Ensure educational content is current, relevant, and meets industry standards.
  • Work closely with instructional designers, writers, course developers, and regulatory staff to create and update course materials.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure all courses comply with state and national regulations.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets in Monday.com.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the continuing education programs.
  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of educational products to learners.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of program delivery and learner satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including learners, instructors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates on program developments and outcomes to senior management.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders promptly.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance program quality and learner outcomes.
  • Stay informed of best practices and emerging trends in real estate education and apply them to program development.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Allocate resources appropriately to support program objectives and priorities.
  • Ensure all educational products comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to courses and programs.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to address compliance issues and obtain necessary approvals for courses.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • BA/MA in Instructional Design, English, Journalism, Education, or related field.
  • Five+ years of leading/managing successful teams in instructional design projects and/or regulatory requirements for all course modalities.
  • Strong creative thinker who possesses excellent communication, brainstorming, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Deadline-driven yet flexible enough to “think on their feet” and respond appropriately to changing market and project requirements. 
  • Possess the ability to motivate others and build consensus within a team, but willing to assertively demand action and closure when necessary to achieve results and meet deadlines.  
  • Talented multi-tasker who can keep the big picture in mind while tending to the numerous day-to-day details in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications is required. 
  • Experience in real estate, financial service, or publishing industries would be an important plus.
