We are looking for a Manager, Platform Product Management to shape the next evolution of how Checkmarx packages and delivers its product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market — translating platform capabilities into customer value through strategic roadmap ownership, cross-functional alignment, and product execution.
As a cross-functional product leader, you’ll define and drive the platform strategy that underpins the Checkmarx One experience. You’ll bring structure to prioritization decisions, support the migration of customers to our current platform plans, and develop clear product guidance for internal stakeholders and the field.
The ideal candidate brings a strong product management background, deep platform intuition, and has operated in later-stage B2B SaaS environments. You’ve worked directly with Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to drive platform strategy from concept to customer rollout.
What you will do:
- Own platform product strategy and roadmap execution across multiple product lines
- Manage and develop a team of 3–4 PMs and 1–2 Designers, including mentorship and career growth
- Lead platform migration plans, including transitioning legacy customers to Checkmarx One
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales on platform feature alignment and customer value
- Collaborate with Deal Desk, PMM, and Enablement to operationalize platform capabilities — feature guidance, release workflows, customer messaging, and field training
- Bring customer, competitor, and market insights into platform strategy decisions
- Track platform adoption and performance by region, product line, and customer segment, and optimize strategy based on findings
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with platform or infrastructure experience
- Proven people manager of cross-functional, globally distributed PM and Design teams across multiple regions (US, Israel, India, Portugal)
- Track record of mentoring and growing product management talent
- Experience driving platform strategy at a company scaling toward $500M–$1B+ ARR
- Strong cross-functional credibility with Engineering, Sales, and Revenue Operations
- Skilled at managing platform change — migrations, replatforming, new capability rollouts — with the ability to communicate impact to senior leadership and go-to-market teams
- Structured, data-driven approach to prioritization and build/buy/partner decisions
- East Coast location and Cybersecurity industry experience preferred
- Competitive salary.
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(K), and additional incentives
- Culture of community and opportunity to work in a growing organization
- Room for career growth and professional development
- Training and educational opportunities
