Now Hiring: Manager, Product Distribution Center (PDC)

Location: Pueblo, CO is base location. Will be traveling to Denver to manage the Denver location as well.

$85,000K+ DOE | Annual Bonus

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for logistics, safety, and operational excellence? Join World Kinect as our next PDC Manager and take charge of a dynamic distribution hub that fuels our customers and drives our business forward.

What You’ll Lead

As the PDC Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Product Distribution Center—overseeing everything from fuel and lubricant inventory to driver performance and facility safety. You’ll manage a diverse team of transport, tank wagon, DEF and lube drivers, technicians, warehouse staff, and marine terminal operators, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service delivery.

Your Impact
  • Lead with Purpose: Manage daily operations, coach your team, and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Drive Efficiency: Optimize inventory, equipment, and delivery processes to meet performance and budget goals.
  • Champion Safety: Ensure all employees and visitors follow WKC’s safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with procurement, sales, logistics, and HSE to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Own the Numbers: Take responsibility for P&L, cost control, and production output.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop a high-performing team across transport, warehouse, and technical operations.
  • Oversee tank farm operations, environmental compliance, and inventory management.
  • Ensure product integrity and timely, accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain facility SOPs, Tier III documentation, and safety inspection protocols.
  • Partner with HR for recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Resolve customer issues and support sales with delivery insights.
  • Monitor driver paperwork and billing accuracy.
  • Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks in collaboration with HSE and HR.
What You Bring
  • College degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Prior management experience required; CDL driving experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations, hazardous materials, and fuel/lube protocols.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
