What You Will Do

Alchemer is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Manager of Onboarding & Implementation Services to lead a high-performing team dedicated to welcoming new customers and supporting complex custom implementations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring a world-class onboarding experience, optimizing service delivery, and fostering cross-functional collaboration across our organization.

How You Will Spend Your Days

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead a team of 10+ onboarding and professional services experts, cultivating a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, growth, and collaboration.
  • Oversee project execution, resource management, and service delivery across all Alchemer product lines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and coach team members, supporting their career development while reinforcing Alchemer’s core values.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on customer goals.

Customer & Technical Engagement:

  • Guide onboarding analysts through complex technical use cases, including solution design, requirements gathering, and feasibility analysis.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical questions, providing direction on best practices and solution architecture.
  • Support successful systems integration efforts, including leveraging APIs to move data between platforms.

What You Bring to this Role

  • 7+ years of experience in customer onboarding, professional services, or customer experience leadership.
  • Proven success in managing high-performing, customer-facing teams.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on driving team results and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Alchemer or similar platforms is highly preferred.
  • Technical understanding of systems integrations, APIs, and data workflows.

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $130,000 to $150,000, with eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.

Alchemer provides a rich benefits package that includes health and disability coverages, an incredible 401(k) option that includes a per-payroll match and immediate vesting, unlimited time off and twelve paid company holidays.
