About the Role 

The Manager, Market Operations, will report directly to the Director, Head of Market Operations and will own the P&L for their respective regions and be responsible for overseeing operations, setting strategic goals, executing at a high level, and driving growth. As Manager, Market Operations, you will set a vision, work with our internal partners across Clutter and Iron Mountain to identify, scope, and execute key initiatives that will drive the organization’s objectives and key results and build outstanding customer experiences.  This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, ownership, accountability, and a relentless focus on the customer experience to deliver strong operational and financial results.  Note that this is a hands-on role with an onsite requirement of 1-2 days per week.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Be a fierce owner of market performance, from the P&L to key operational metrics

  • Manage performance of market’s Field and Warehouse teams

  • Collaborate with Clutter stakeholders  to bring new opportunities to life

  • Make final decisions on high-priority customer escalations

  • Lead a community of cross functional strategic leaders to produce a significant impact to the business

  • Maintain regular communications with key team members across the org

  • Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives

  • Advocate for product support to successfully execute key initiatives

  • Collaborate with key team members (legal, tax, policy, support, etc)

  • Track core business metrics and deploy streamlined reporting structure

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in general management, operations, marketing, business consulting, finance or similar analytical role

  • Ability to effectively manage a large and growing field and warehouse team cross-functionally

  • Strong strategic thinker with a focus on optimal execution

  • Strong financial acumen

  • Excellent communication with the ability to engage internal stakeholders and external customers

  • Extensive experience navigating large and complex organizations

  • Ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions

  • Ability to bring key stakeholders across functions together to drive strategic alignment

  • A desire to learn, highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow

  • Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork

  • Effective prioritization

  • Prior P&L experience preferred

  • Prior experience working in early stage, high growth businesses

  • Prior experience building and leading teams is highly preferred
