Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic and analytical visionary to build and lead Boost Mobile's Market Development & Strategy team in Retail Wireless. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the cross-functional distribution strategy surrounding our more than 5,000 Boost Mobile retail stores across the country. The successful Manager of Market Development and Strategy will serve as the subject matter expert in retail wireless distribution and partner interdepartmentally to execute effective real estate strategies across our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement new processes to drive efficiencies across Boost Mobile branded locations
  • Define and implement retail distribution rules of engagement and support for the internal organization
  • Manage, lead and develop a team of retail distribution coordinators, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Maintain a holistic understanding of organizational goals, processes, and interdepartmental relationships to inform decision-making and proactively identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and synergy
  • Develop a strong understanding of how internal systems operate and connect to troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements
  • Utilize technology tools (AI) to gain insights and form strategy
  • Manage new wireless retail partner intake
  • Support Business Development Managers in opening new stores
  • Present issues, strategies, and recommendations to senior management
  • Build and present market and program strategies to accelerate store growth

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, operations or related
  • 5+ years experience in distribution strategy or operations, specifically focused on retail (brick and mortar) distribution (wireless preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience as a people manager

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail wireless distribution
  • Previous experience building and leading teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft or Google Suite including Google Slides

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
