Job Description:
Epiq’s Legal Business Advisory team is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual to join our team of legal operations experts in the role of Manager, IP Operations Consultant. Epiq’s LBA group is well-known and recognized for our strong marketplace position, and we are looking for smart, resourceful and driven consultants in whom we can invest heavily to mentor and develop the future leaders of our profession.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Manager, IP Operations Consultant. The Manager, IP Operations Consultant will be responsible for delivering digital and operational transformation projects to in-house IP teams and IP Law Firms, including being responsible for end-to-end project and change management. Whilst covering all areas of IP Operations, the consultant’s primary focus will be around IP Technology, namely IP Management solutions.
The candidate must be comfortable working both as a team and independently as well as be comfortable communicating with key stakeholders and C-suite.
Qualifications
Proven experience in IP operations and/or IP technology
Experience using intellectual property software, namely IP Management Solutions, as an end user, vendor or advisor is essential
Experience in intellectual property (IP) management and/or IP Strategy is a plus
Project Management experience – specific project management qualifications would be beneficial but not essential
Prior experience in consulting is preferable but not essential as long as relevant and/or transferrable skills can be demonstrated
Analytical skills and ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work independently and remotely
The Compensation range for this role is 115,000.00 to 173,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
