The Manager will be the intermediary between senior management and Delivery Specialists. In this role, they will train, encourage, and enable Specialists to focus on building relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring all our teams are working together to meet those needs. At the same time, the Manager will communicate and implement requirements and direction handed down from senior management. Conversely, Managers should also expect to provide context, data, and well-reasoned suggestions to senior management so that larger organizational decisions can be made with as much information as possible.
Duties and Responsibilities, Aligned with Key Results:
People:
- Ability to create a positive team member experience while holding individual team members accountable.
- Must be able to establish, update, and follow a project work plan and keep all relevant parties updated.
- Desire to train, coach, and mentor team members.
Client:
- Consistently drive exceptional client service by engaging with clients.
- Understand the needs of internal and external clients.
- Handle any client issues, questions, and escalations.
Value:
- Ability to oversee a team of employees while managing multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills, ability to problem-solve, well-organized, and has attention to detail.
- Support continual process improvement.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Property Tax experience is preferred – the manager is accountable for timely bill and assessment data delivery in all states.
- Prior people management experience is preferred.
Computer and Technology Skills:
- Experience using Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and basic Office products.
- Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervise offshore resources
Work Environment:
- Standard indoor working environment
- Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer
- Remote work allowed
Travel
- 10-20% - May attend on site kickoff meetings for some of the larger projects.
Compensation:
For certain California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000
For other California based locations, the base salary hiring range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000
For Colorado based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $106,000 - $145,000
For New York based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000
For Washington based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000
