About Engine

Engine is the AI-native platform for intelligent travel. For a decade, Engine has built the proprietary technology and supply behind modern business travel, serving over 40,000 customers and nearly 2 million travelers, along with leading travel and AI companies that build on Engine's infrastructure. One system powers business travel, group travel, human agents, and AI agents.
That work has earned Engine recognition as TravelTech's Reservation Platform of the Year (2026), a spot on Inc.'s Power Partners list (2026), and one of Built In's Best Places to Work (2020–2026).
We're looking for bold, ambitious people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. Working here, you can expect exponential growth, an ambitious pace, full ownership, and high-caliber colleagues who push you to do the best work of your career. Every hire raises the bar.
Come outpace the ordinary and build the future of travel with us.

Your Mission

As part of the Engine team, you'll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here's what you'll take charge of:

  • Implementation Strategy for New Customer Rollouts: Craft and execute the implementation strategy for Engine's most important new customer opportunities (deals ranging from $200K to $1M), setting the foundation for lasting partnerships and driving adoption across Engine's full product suite in a customer's first months on the platform.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to deliver a seamless experience from signed contract to first booking, and feed implementation blockers and patterns from the field back to Product and Engineering to sharpen the motion.
  • Team Leadership and Scalable Process: Lead a team of Implementation Managers through live deployments, run workload and milestone reviews, coach to the motion, and build processes that scale efficiently as new customer volume grows.
  • Senior Implementation Voice: Serve as the senior implementation voice on Engine's most important new customer opportunities, leading key customer meetings, delivering training, and ensuring every interaction with Engine exceeds expectations through a clean handoff to the dedicated Account Manager.
What You'll Bring to Engine

We're looking for someone who's ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementation, customer success, account management, or technical program management at a B2B SaaS, travel, or fintech platform, including 1+ year leading a team or formally mentoring ICs.
  • Skills: You've owned customer onboarding and implementation end to end, translating customer requirements into tailored rollout plans that drive adoption across a full product suite, and you're comfortable being the senior customer-facing voice on a deal.
  • Tech-Savvy: Fluent in the mechanics of customer onboarding at scale: configuration and rollout planning, mutual success plans, adoption benchmarks, and GTM handoffs across Sales, AM, and support. Comfortable holding a team to a high customer-engagement cadence (roughly 15 customer meetings per week per IC). Bonus points for experience with corporate travel, expense, or spend management platforms.
  • Mindset: You're a problem-solver who anticipates customer needs, removes friction, and builds conviction through consultative conversations, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where the playbook is still being refined. You lead from inside live deployments and deliver results that matter.

Applications for this role will be accepted through February 20, 2027 or until the role is filled. We encourage you to apply early, as we may begin reviewing applications before the deadline.
