We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented GTM/Revenue Operations professional to help scale our go-to-market (GTM) engine. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and analytics-enabling Sales, Account Management, and Sales Development to operate with greater focus, efficiency, and insight. You'll support day-to-day GTM execution while also helping us build for scale, working on strategic initiatives like territory design, forecasting, sales compensation, and tech stack optimization.

What you'll do / Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Partner cross-functionally to drive annual planning, capacity modeling, and territory design
- Analyze and optimize the full GTM funnel, identifying opportunities for growth, conversion improvement, and cost-efficiency
- Support revenue forecasting and reporting, providing insights and scenario modeling to leadership
Analytics & Reporting- Build dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Excel, and Metabase to track performance across GTM teams
- Run win/loss, retention, and productivity analyses; translate findings into actionable insights
- Track attainment against goals (revenue, activity, coverage) and flag risks proactively
- Lead analytical and tactical support in key areas including:
- Conversion analysis across stages of the pipeline
- Account prioritization and segmentation for outbound efforts
- Sales Development team performance diagnostics and capacity pacing
Operations & Enablement- Manage day-to-day support of sales processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Chorus, ZoomInfo)
- Act as a point of contact for field-facing teams for questions about systems, territory assignments, compensation mechanics, and process issues
- Design and implement processes to improve data hygiene, compliance with rules of engagement, and forecast accuracy
Compensation & Deal Support- Review and validate commission data, including deal splits and exceptions
- Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to maintain accurate quota and attainment data
- Support custom quoting and complex deal structuring processes
What we're looking for / About You / Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM Analytics (SaaS or early-stage startup experience preferred)
- Strong experience in Salesforce and advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills required
- Experience with Outreach, Chorus, ZoomInfo (or related tech stack) is required
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and ownership
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Sales Development
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Passion for operational excellence, sales productivity, and business impact
- Nice to have: Familiarity with BigQuery, Metabase, basic SQL proficiency, and experience leveraging Clay for outbound sales data enrichment and prospecting automation
