What you will do
- Lead web strategy and development for Sysdig's corporate website: site architecture, technical execution, platform management, and the roadmap for performance and experience.
- Own GEO and AEO strategy for the site: understand how Sysdig's content surfaces in AI-generated answers and evolving search behavior, and set the roadmap and priorities to improve it, partnering with the content team and external resources as needed to execute.
- Own the conversion rate optimization and user experience strategy for the site, using GA4 and behavioral data to guide decisions and prioritize development work.
- Lead and mentor an internal web developer, directly overseeing technical execution, code quality, and day-to-day delivery.
- Manage the site's technical foundation: architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and CMS/platform health.
- Report on web performance to marketing leadership.
What you will bring with you
- 6+ years in web development or web strategy, with 2+ years managing technical projects or people.
- Strong hands-on technical background: site architecture, CMS platforms (Webflow experience a plus), HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Working understanding of GEO/AEO principles, structured data, and how AI-driven search surfaces content, enough to set strategy and evaluate whether execution is working.
- Proven track record improving conversion rates and site performance, using GA4 for analysis.

The U.S. annual salary range for this full-time position is between 128,100 and 160,100 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
