ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a self-motivated, highly analytical, and detail-oriented Manager, Forecasting & Pricing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), to join our high-performing RGM team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the demand and revenue model of the business. You will be heavily involved in pricing management to increase profitability at Juul. And you will be performing rigorous analytics to drive continuous forecast and strategy improvement and support key decision
making. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape the direction of the business and revenue growth strategy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong business acumen and financial modeling skills. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, and problem solve.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Forecasting

  • Drive volume and revenue modeling for the US, responsible for accurate forecasting of acquisition, retention, new product introduction, and other growth initiatives
  • Own demand forecast for Financial Planning and S&OP cycles, acting as a key liaison between Supply Planning and Sales to support execution of key initiatives and drive attainment of volume goals

Pricing

  • Support omni-channel pricing strategy, including price pack architecture of the full product portfolio, channel margins, and state-level MSRP management
  • Influence key pricing decisions through elasticity analysis, competitive intelligence, and volume / revenue scenario modeling

Performance Analytics & Insights

  • Identify key metrics that drive the performance of revenue growth initiatives, and build buy-in and alignment across teams
  • Monitor and analyze performance through hands-on modeling and analytics of shipment, depletion, and sell-through data, as well as consumer insights; communicate findings and ensure timely escalation of deviation vs forecast and risks to plan
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics, answer questions on Juul performance, and advise business leaders on risks and opportunities

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Ideally you have an analytical role such as strategic finance, strategy consulting, biz ops, investment banking, data science / business intelligence, or similar. CPG experience preferred
  • Expert level Excel modeling skills. Experience with solving complex business challenges through accurate and timely modeling
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and detail without losing sight of the big picture, distill insights, and translate into clear, compelling narratives and presentations that are appropriate for senior leadership / executive level audience
  • Experience working with incomplete or inaccurate data and identifying the root cause. Tableau experience a plus. Experience working with syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen) a strong plus
  • Independent and strategic thinker who develops views of the business and proactively shares them to propel the business forward. Strong sense of ownership

EDUCATION:

  • Quantitative undergraduate degree or Business undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given
geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time.
