The Manager, Financial Reporting will lead the financial reporting function across the Company’s core businesses and strategies. This role requires a strong individual contributor who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, brings expertise in building scalable processes and in managing a structured reporting baseline. The Manager will play a key role in leveraging our ERP and technology platform while establishing best-in-class financial reporting and institutional excellence.

 

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have practical expertise in the following:

Financial Reporting

·       Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process across multi-entity structures and strategies

·       Prepare accurate GAAP-compliant consolidated financial statements and management reports in accordance with established deadlines

·       Support operational insight to senior management through timely financial reporting and variance analysis in partnership with FP&A and business leaders

·       Collaborate with other areas across strategies such as legal, tax and development to ensure alignment and coordination on financial reporting matters

·       Assist in researching, documenting, and applying US GAAP to complex transactions (e.g., leases, revenue recognition, equity, investment company accounting)

·       Monitor current accounting and financial reporting developments or changes to ensure a thorough understanding of impacts, compliance and best practices as applicable

·       Support REIT compliance and coordinate with tax advisors on federal, state, and local matters

 

Process & Systems Optimization

·       Document technical accounting policies, establish financial reporting workflows, and buildout a scalable, efficient framework to ensure audit readiness and reporting accuracy

·       Lead implementation of key systems and technology utilization, including consolidation tools, CRM integrations, and account reconciliation platforms

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, project management, and legal teams to ensure accounting processes align with established financial reporting timeframes and requirements

·       Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, leadership, teamwork and excellence

·       Various special projects across the business strategies

 

Required Traits, Expertise and Skills

·       Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA /MBA strongly preferred

·       Proven ability to build and scale accounting operations in a high-growth environment

·       Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidations, and technical accounting matters

·       Industry experience in data centers, real estate, or infrastructure is required

·       Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, and advanced Excel capabilities

·       Familiarity with REITs and international operations is a plus

·       7+ years of experience

 

Expected Salary Range

·       Base Salary: $150,000–$175,000
