The Manager, Finance IT Business Partner (ITBP) serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning technology solutions with organizational goals to improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and support innovation. This role builds strong stakeholder relationships with the finance teams, translates their needs into actionable initiatives, and partners closely with IT Centers of Excellence to ensure business requirements are met. The Manager guides digital transformation efforts and coordinates project execution to deliver measurable business value.
The impact you'll have:
Serve as the primary IT liaison for Corporate Finance, fostering clear communication and managing expectations between IT and Finance business stakeholders.
Partner with business leaders and key business contacts to define and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with immediate and future needs.
Provide guidance on change management, adoption strategies, and operational readiness for new technology initiatives and technology transformations.
Lead the execution of technical finance projects, ensuring deliverables meet agreed-upon business objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs through technology solutions.
Support digital adoption by partnering with business stakeholders, monitoring usage, and sharing insights to optimize solutions.
Assist with budget planning for assigned initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment to business priorities.
Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, operational strategies, and industry trends to recommend relevant solutions.
Who we're looking for:
Proven experience in IT business relationship management, business analysis, or IT program management.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with business leaders and technical teams.
Strong understanding of finance business processes and the ability to align technology strategies with organizational objectives
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive change.
Knowledge of current and emerging technologies in the finance space, with experience in evaluating and implementing solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to navigate and support cross-cultural teams with a focus on inclusivity, psychological safety, and collaboration.
Hands on experience with software applications in the finance portfolio (ERP, procurement, expense management, etc.)
Experience with Workday Financials required
Required Education and Experience:
5–7 years of experience in IT strategy, business analysis, or related fields, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Consulting experience with client management a plus
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related area preferred.
Travel: Less than twice per month to company offices.
Working Environment: Office environment
Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $93,250. - $166,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
