What You’ll Do 

As a Manager, Facilities & Vendor Management at Strive Health, you will coordinate and manage real estate transactions, facility operations, and ongoing operational vendor management. You'll facilitate decision-making for new locations, renewals, and terminations while developing and managing cost-effective vendor partnerships. Working cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations, you'll ensure efficient site selection, approval processes, and operational readiness. Additionally, you will oversee daily office operations at Strive's Denver Headquarters, managing facilities, supplies, and equipment while providing administrative support to staff and coordinating communications between departments. Your role will be crucial in executing on real estate strategies and implementing process improvements to enhance cost efficiency and workflow effectiveness across all operational functions.

The Day to Day 

Facilities Management: 

  • Coordinate real estate transactions and portfolio management, including site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations. Engage with market leadership to secure timely approvals and align decisions with business objectives. 
  • Oversee facilities and vendor management, including maintenance, invoice approvals, vendor research, and cost-effective solution negotiations. Ensure vendor compliance and efficient operations across all Strive locations. 
  • Manage and document processes for site openings and closures 
  • Follow and enhance playbooks, process guides, and operational workflows to streamline operations and enhance productivity. 
  • Manage financial and compliance governance by tracking real estate expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring alignment with compliance requirements. Coordinate lease documentation, insurance coverage, and regulatory needs. 

Vendor Management: 

  • Support launch of new vendors through selection, contracting, and implementation 
  • Act as point of contact for operational vendors to set up new users, ensure invoice accuracy, and escalate issues 
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies or cost savings  

HQ Office Management 

  • Manage daily office operations and workflows of Strives Headquarters in Denver 
  • Oversee facilities, supplies, and equipment 
  • Support staff and coordinate between departments 
  • Handle administrative tasks and communication. 

Qualifications 

Minimum: 

  • 8+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification in real estate management, facilities operations, project management, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in real estate transactions, lease management, and portfolio management 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and streamline processes 
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and financial acumen 
  • Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs
  • Must be willing to go into the office 2+ days/week

Preferred  

  • Experience managing multi-site healthcare real estate portfolios 
  • Advanced knowledge of compliance regulations and legal frameworks in commercial leasing 
  • Proficiency in real estate software, lease tracking tools, and financial analysis platforms 
  • Background in cost reduction strategies and operational efficiency improvements 
  • Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field 

Annual Salary Range: $86,000 - $104,000
