PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.

What You’ll Do 

The Manager of Conversion Engineering Services is responsible for leading a team of Conversion engineers and Analysts to ensure the successful onboarding of PCMI clients into PCRS. This role involves oversight of the entire implementation lifecycle including data mapping, data conversion, process optimization, system validations, quality control, and driving customer satisfaction and Go-Live success.

In this role, you will: 

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Conversion Engineers and Solution Analysts to deliver exceptional client onboarding and PCRS implementation services. 
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and problem-solving within the team. 
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives. 
  • Establish and maintain a culture of client-first service, ensuring empathy and professionalism in all client interactions. 
  • Oversee all conversion implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time, and meet PCMI quality standards. 
  • Troubleshoot escalated technical and implementation challenges, providing guidance to team members as needed. 
  • Standardize department implementation runbooks, tools, quality controls, lead times and estimates to ensure predictable delivery of solutions within PCMI quality and timeline expectations. 
  • Identify opportunities to optimize implementation processes to improve the client experience and increase efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to recommend and test product customizations and enhancements. 
  • Provide feedback to the Product team based on implementation insights to guide future product development. 
  • Ensure all client requirements are accurately documented, tracked, and delivered. 

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience. 
  • 5 years of experience managing a high-performing professional services team in a SaaS company. 
  • Track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in an enterprise environment. 
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL processes, and Jira is critical for success in this role.

Travel Requirements

  • Must be able to travel to client meetings; approximately 10-20%
