What You’ll Do

The Manager on Strive’s Performance Team will work cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making, strategy development, and execution around total cost of care (TCOC) reduction. This role works closely with clinical, financial, technology, and operational leaders to establish governance processes and track performance against key organizational priorities - from strategy development through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. The candidate must be entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and highly collaborative. They should be a curious self-starter, who is excited about the prospect of identifying opportunities and designing solutions to advance the business. This role will report to the Senior Director, Operations.  

The Day to Day 

  • Build subject matter expertise in key reporting tools and data sources that inform Strive’s performance metrics. 
  • Develop standards and processes that facilitate Strive’s priority and strategy setting 
  • Establish TCOC performance reviews with clinical and operational leaders 
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to execute against Strive’s key clinical and operational priorities. 
  • Support development and implementation of enterprise OKRs and KPIs that align with Strive’s mission and priorities 
  • Work with business owners to identify and validate value, performance, goals for new projects and investments 
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics regularly to Strive’s leaders, identifying areas of success, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks. 
  • Serve as a go-to resource for in-depth insights and education on all enterprise performance goals. 
  • Deliver visibility to company-wide performance results through clean, intuitive reporting.  
  • Create presentations and provide analytical support for internal Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings. 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant fields. 
  • 4+ years of relevant experience  
  • 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with Operations and Finance functions 
  • 2+ years of experience using Excel for data analysis at an intermediate level or above 
  • 2+ years of experience creating PowerPoint presentations for a variety of internal stakeholders, including Executives 
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms 
  • Occasional business travel may be required 

 

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Experience working in the US healthcare system, with focus on Value Based Care, is preferred  
  • Strong executive presence 
  • Management Consulting experience 
  • Self-starter with strong bias for action and going where there is a need. 

 

Annual Base Salary Range: $86,000 - $104,000
