We look for people who focus on getting results, embrace learning and bring a positive energy. They must combine initiative with a sense of teamwork and collaboration. Above all, they must be passionate about doing something meaningful for consumers, patients, and the healthcare professionals we serve every day. We aim to empower each employee and promote their personal growth while ensuring business needs are met now and into the future. Across our company, we embrace diversity and respect the dignity, privacy, and personal rights of every employee.

At Galderma, we actively give our teams reasons to believe in our bold ambition to become the leading dermatology company in the world. With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.

This role owns the trust engine for the Galderma aesthetic brands' consumer presence. It is the strategic and editorial owner of owned social, community, website content, and influencer/creator marketing across the portfolio, and it owns the day-to-day execution of those channels end to end — from strategy through publishing, community management, and performance analysis. This role operates with significant autonomy: setting strategy, holding the claim-and-voice line, running the channels day to day, and turning performance into optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Own social and content strategy

  • Own organic social strategy across the aesthetic brands: content direction, channel approach, and the editorial calendar.

  • Own website content strategy and SEO / AEO direction for consumer-facing properties.

Influencer and creator marketing

  • Own influencer and creator strategy; the flagship/ownable creative concept, creator selection and briefing, and earned amplification, with sourcing support from the media agency.

  • Ensure FTC disclosure and PRC compliance across all creator activity.

Community management

  • Define community voice in partnership with the Brand team and build the approved response library and escalation rules.

  • Own day-to-day community management: monitor social inboxes and comments across the brands, respond within approved standards, and handle off-script interactions.

  • Recognize and escalate adverse events within the mandated reporting window. AE recognition is a trained, non-discretionary obligation. Adverse events often appear as informal patient comments rather than labeled reports.

Publishing and channel execution

  • Own day-to-day publishing and scheduling across owned channels, ensuring everything live has cleared PRC review via Veeva.

  • Manage the editorial calendar as a live operating system, from planning through publication

Brand voice and claim discipline

  • Own brand voice and tone in partnership with Brand teams, maintaining distinct positioning per brand.

  • Hold the PRC line on consumer-facing copy; approve voice and claims before anything moves to submission or publication.

Performance and optimization

  • Own reporting end to end: pull performance data across owned and earned channels, analyze it, and surface the highlights that matter.

  • Translate performance into specific optimization recommendations and apply them to improve reach, engagement, and consideration over time.

Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required, advance degree a plus.

Experience

  • 6-10 years of brand, social, or content marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years owning social and content strategy at a brand or lead level (not solely execution).

  • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling an organic social or creator program from strategy through results, ideally one you can speak to end to end.

  • Experience operating in a regulated or considered-purchase category (aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, pharma, or similar), with working knowledge of PRC review via Veeva (or equivalent) and claim discipline.

  • Experience operating as both strategist and hands-on executor: able to set direction and personally run the channels, while directing agency partners against clear standards.

Skills and judgment

  • Strong editorial judgment and brand-voice instinct; able to maintain distinct voices across multiple brands simultaneously.

  • Proven ownership of influencer/creator programs, including FTC disclosure compliance and creator relationship management.

  • Comfort using AI tools as a drafting engine while owning final claim and voice judgment.

  • Hands-on analytical ability: can pull performance data, interpret it, and convert it into clear optimization actions, not just commission reporting from others.

  • Senior-level stakeholder skills: able to partner with and influence Brand, paid, loyalty, and PR counterparts, and to represent content strategy to marketing leadership.

  • Willingness to complete adverse event and compliance training as a condition of the role; AE recognition and escalation is a core responsibility given direct ownership of community management.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This role requires the ability to perform standard office activities, including extended periods of computer use, participation in virtual and in-person meetings, and collaboration across teams. Depending on business needs, occasional travel may be required. Work environments and physical requirements may vary based on the requirements of the role.
