About the Position

As a key leader of the marketing team, the Director of Demand Generation owns the strategy and execution of programs that fuel our revenue pipeline. You'll lead a talented team to drive new customer acquisition and customer expansion revenue across all marketing channels. You’ll also set and measure performance targets, optimize spend based on what delivers results, and contribute to the global marketing strategy.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning; design and scale the demand generation strategy for multi-channel programs—paid media, ABM, content syndication, events, remarketing, etc.—that drive predictable pipeline growth
  • Campaign Creation; identify new inbound and outbound marketing activities, content, and channels that deliver a flow of qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimizing CAC
  • Forecasting; own quarterly and annual pipeline targets, ensuring consistent delivery of qualified leads and opportunities
  • Collaborate; with other department heads to ensure an orchestrated, omnichannel plan for paid channels, web, events, and SEO/GEO
  • Account Based Marketing; manage ABM strategy for target accounts and verticals, coordinating sales and marketing managers to deliver lifecycle marketing plans that convert and support pipeline
  • Analytics & Insights; align success metrics to company strategy, analyze campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize conversion rates and ROI across the funnel, ensuring ongoing optimization and predictability
  • Budget Management; own marketing campaign ROI and control the allocation of marketing spend across the full funnel
  • Lead Management; manage and collaborate with the MOPS team, to refine lead management delivery and reporting processes, delivering against lead generation targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record building and scaling demand generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into marketing programs
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel B2B demand generation, including paid media, ABM, and lead nurturing
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and forecasting pipeline contribution
  • Proficiency with marketing technology stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, ABM platforms)
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and compelling narratives
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills to influence across the organization
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities
  • You have an expert understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth.
  • You’ll demonstrate excellent communication skills including data crunching and storytelling.
  • You are analytically inclined, with exceptional project management skills and rigorous attention to detail.

The pay range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
