Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic Manager of Customer Success with a hunter mentality and a customer-first mindset. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the aviation sector. This role bridges the gap between sales and support—delivering high-touch engagement while identifying expansion opportunities.
This is an ideal role for someone with aviation industry experience, a passion for client advocacy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the aviation industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including MROs, OEMs, airlines, and distributors
Deliver exceptional customer service while managing a full sales cycle
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to ensure client satisfaction
Conduct regular account reviews, uncover expansion opportunities, and drive renewals
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing trends and actionable feedback
Stay current on industry trends and evolving market needs
Help onboard new clients and ensure smooth adoption of PartsBase platform
Qualifications:
3–5 years of proven sales or customer success experience, preferably in B2B environments
2–3 years of experience in the aviation industry (MRO, OEM, distribution, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A hunter’s drive to win new business and a nurturer’s heart to grow lasting partnerships
Highly organized and proactive with strong project management abilities
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Ability to travel up to 20% to visit key clients, attend events, or support business development
