Omada is seeking a Manager to join its Strategic Finance Team. This dynamic role provides an outstanding opportunity to partner with leaders across the organization while driving the overall financial narrative, connected with our external messaging. The Corporate Finance team has exposure to all facets of the business and plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers. The position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Strategic Finance and will have extensive exposure to the executive team. You will partner directly with our executives, leading the internal financial budget and forecast processes and driving all internal corporate financial deliverables. As a key member of our Corporate Finance Team, you’ll take ownership of critical processes across quarterly planning, budgeting, internal and external reporting, and investor relations - ensuring accuracy, consistency, and follow-through in a fast-moving environment. We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and organized - someone who can see the forest through the trees, brings focus amid competing priorities, and takes pride in seeing every task through to completion.

About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- 7+ years of business experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Consulting, high-growth tech company experience preferred
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder across all levels of the organization, who leverages empathy and clarity to deliver results
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive and self-directed; able to prioritize effectively and follow through with minimal oversight
- Comfortable driving projects to completion in the face of competing priorities and in partnership with multiple stakeholders
Your impact:
- Serve as the key liaison to operating teams across all areas of the business, building strong cross-functional relationships and ensuring clear communication
- Own the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes - partnering closely with Strategic Finance, business partners, and Executive Leaders to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights
- Support the month-end close process, including preparation and review of financial packages
- Contribute to Investor Relations activities, including developing detailed performance analyses versus external guidance and consensus, preparing investor materials, and maintaining consistency across internal and external communications
- Coordinate quarterly earnings preparation and related Q&A, monitoring investor and analyst sentiment,to help shape messaging and ensure alignment with Omada’s financial narrative
- Partner with Accounting to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements and related disclosures
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities, and evolving dynamics within the US healthcare system
- You’ll excel in an environment that values adaptability, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $128,800 - $161,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $123,200 - $154,000*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
