Job Title

Manager Corporate Applications & AI EnablementThe Manager of Corporate Applications is expected to be an emerging AI thought leader, helping launch and scale a citizen development program that leverages AI and low-code/no-code platforms to empower a manufacturing workforce and traditional knowledge workers, while maintaining appropriate guardrails, governance, and change management.
The Manager of Corporate Applications is a hands-on people leader and delivery owner responsible for guiding a senior technology team through modern, flexible, and outcome-driven software delivery. This role is accountable for shaping requirements, managing backlogs, and ensuring consistent, high-quality sprint execution across a complex integration, automation, and digital enablement landscape.
This manager serves as a critical bridge between business partners and technical delivery teams, translating real business needs into prioritized, achievable work while balancing speed, safety, and sustainability. Success in this role requires Agile experience with a flexible, pragmatic mindset, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to protect team focus while navigating constant demand.

**This role is Onsite at our Golden, CO Global Headquarters location**

Key Responsibilities

Integrations, Automation & AI Enablement

• Oversee enterprise integrations and digital workflows, including iPaaS coordination, APIs, and AI-enabled automation.

• Closely coordinate with the team responsible for the iPaaS platform (Boomi), ensuring effective integration design, delivery alignment, and operational outcomes without direct platform ownership.

• Collaborate with architects and leadership on integration and architectural decisions, with increasing ownership over time.

• Enable and support AI-driven initiatives, including citizen development and "vibe coding" approaches, ensuring solutions are safe, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

• Balance run, change, and innovation work, ensuring space for AI experimentation and development without compromising operational stability.

SDLC Ownership & Delivery Leadership

•Own and actively manage key stages of the SDLC, with particular emphasis on requirements definition, backlog shaping, prioritization, and sprint execution.

• Partner with business stakeholders to clarify true needs versus stated wants, identify tradeoffs, and sequence work to maximize value while limiting work in progress.

• Ensure delivery teams operate with clarity, focus, and sustainable pace, enabling speed without burnout.

• Lead sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives in an Agile environment that adapts to what works best for the team.

Stakeholder & Customer Partnership

• Serve as the primary delivery partner for a diverse set of enterprise stakeholders with complex needs and high expectations.

• Navigate a wide range of stakeholder dynamics with empathy, sound judgment, and clear, respectful communication.

• Set and maintain realistic expectations, including the ability to appropriately defer work while offering alternative paths to achieve desired business outcomes.

• Actively surface priority conflicts, risks, and tradeoffs, to stakeholders and leadership.

People Leadership

• Lead and develop a senior team of systems analysts, integration specialists, and delivery professionals, including contractors and vendor partners.

• Actively manage demand and prioritization to preserve team focus and long-term delivery health.

• Coach individuals to improve prioritization, expand skills, and grow into greater ownership.

• Foster a psychologically safe environment where focus, accountability, and continuous improvement are the norm.

Change Management & Governance

• Apply strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) practices to ensure adoption and long-term value realization.

• Participate in the definition and evolution of guardrails for citizen development, working collaboratively across IT, security, and business partners.

• Support governance mechanisms that enable clear expectations, measurable outcomes, and transparent delivery planning.

• Backlogs are clear, prioritized, and aligned to strategy and capacity.

• The team moves fast, stays flexible, and avoids burnout.

• A successful citizen development and AI enablement program is launched and adopted.

• Stakeholders trust the manager as a pragmatic problem solver and delivery partner.

Required Experience & Capabilities

• 4+ years overseeing large-scale enterprise IT systems and teams.

• 5+ years leading IT application or integration delivery teams preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Solid understanding of digital transformation and IT solution implementation within complex global manufacturing environments.

• Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery practices, backlog management, and sprint-based execution.

• Experience working with enterprise integrations, APIs, automation, and emerging AI-enabled solutions.

• Outstanding leadership abilities with a documented history of managing and developing high-performing technology professionals.

• Demonstrated ability to balance delivery speed, quality, and team sustainability.

Target Hiring Range

Annual Salary: USD 112,767.00 - USD 155,055.00
