Manager Content Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content creation, editorial calendars and GTM strategies. This role will oversee aspects of planning, building and executing content communication, content supporting launches, and go-to-market strategies to drive pipeline generation, engagement, and revenue growth.

Topline ResponsibilitiesContent Development and End-to-End Management:
  • Wholly own, develop, plan, and execute end-to-end strategies for all forms of required daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly content marketing.
  • Drive the creation and repurposing of all assets for various platforms, including the website, blog, whitepapers, and social media channels.
  • Create decks and training materials to support the sales process and articulate the value proposition for offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales to create guided selling email sequences, and identify and develop customer-specific marketing materials to assist in deal closure.
  • Work alongside Marketing Operations, owning content execution in HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Canva, and other content-building and design tools.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • As the leader for content marketing, work closely with teams across the organization—including sales, customer success, product management, and PR—to ensure aligned messaging and strategies.
  • Support the execution of demand generation and ancillary marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with product positioning and advocacy.

Supporting Product and Marketing:
  • Collaborate with leadership, customer marketing, and product leaders to understand product capabilities and benefits and articulate value propositions with supportive content across internal and external marketing channels.
  • Create content collateral such as datasheets, feature briefs, and launch deck assets.
  • Generate new stories, use cases, and ROI-focused selling content alongside marketing and demand generation teams.
  • Keep abreast of content trends, competitive landscapes, and visitor behavior.
  • Ingest and review market research to inform content and marketing strategies.
Compensation

On target earnings split will be determined at time of offer. Additional incentive compensation may be offered as stock options and company benefits. Actual compensation within the range will be determined on your skills, experience, qualification, location, and market conditions. Salary Range
$75,000$95,000 USD
