About the Role
Dandy is hiring a Campaign Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. This role will sit on the Growth team, where you’ll translate strategy into operational requirements ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully with accuracy, speed, and consistency.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end lead management, ensuring accurate lead lifecycle tracking and efficient marketing to sales lead hand-off.
Manage and optimize Marketo, connected marketing systems, and other integrations for data hygiene, data quality, and operational efficiency.
Maintain lead scoring models and partner closely with marketing analytics to iterate on scoring models that deliver high quality, high intent leads to sales.
Partner with channel managers (paid media, events, email, website, etc) on campaign execution through processes and systems.
Own campaign operations ticketing intake system to ensure proper project prioritization.
Enforce best practices for database management and segmentation.
Ensure data governance, compliance, and system alignment as we scale into new international markets.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in a Marketing Operations or similar role
Proven hands-on experience and deep expertise with Marketo for campaign execution, system administration, and platform management.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in B2B high growth tech company
Bonus Points For
Marketo certification
Outstanding professional references to share
Experience with high-volume SMB B2B marketing motions
