Role and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an Account Executive for Software (VXT) and Solutions sales to drive growth in Samsung’s B2B software and solutions business. This role will focus on two key areas:
- Channel Growth – partner with channel sales teams and channel partners to expand software and solutions sales, providing expertise, enablement, support, and strategic guidance
- New Market Development – Identify, recruit, and develop new types of partners to drive expansion into emerging markets and drive sustainable sales growth.
The account executive will act as a VXT liaison, with a deep understanding of Samsung’s display and solutions portfolio, including competitive digital signage solutions. This individual will drive business development, build strategic relationships with partners, and work closely with channel managers to deliver measurable, solution-driven results.
Role & Responsibilities
- Enable channel sales teams to successfully sell VXT and solutions through training, pipeline reviews, and sales calls, while cultivating “partner champions”
- Support existing partners with collaboration and enablement to drive awareness and adoption of Samsung’s Software and Solutions.
- Lead new partner recruitment to expand into emerging markets and capture sustainable growth opportunities.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Samsung’s B2b Display and Solutions portfolio, vertical solutions, and industry trends.
- Serve as the liaison between Enterprise GMT, Product, and Channel Sales, ensuring alignment on strategy, market intelligence, and enablement needs.
- Guide channel sales teams in leveraging Samsung’s solution resources (Solution Development, Technical Sales team, Product Marketing, etc.) to maximize customer outcomes.
- Represent Samsung at industry/partner events, trade shows, partner forums to elevate brand presence and strengthen ecosystem relationships.
- Drive revenue growth through business development identifying new opportunities, positioning Samsung solutions, and supporting sales execution.
- Collaborate cross functionally with sales, marketing, technical and product development to ensure alignment and execution of channel initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Channel Experience with a strong software sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Knowledge and experience in digital signage software marketplace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with experience developing and delivering presentation materials
- Strong ability to engage and build relationships at all levels within Samsung and partner organizations.
- Ability to develop sales and business plans with clearly define, measurable outcomes.
- Effective team player, capable of balancing individual goals with shared objectives.
- Natural collaborator who understands how to navigate organizations, motivate people, and find common ground.
- Strong ability to build trust and relationships, both internally and externally
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of sales experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets
- Proven track record of success selling hardware and service solutions.
- Customer-facing presentation; skilled in negotiation and client communications
- Clear and professional written communication
- Ability to work independently and travel within assigned geographic territory (up to 60% of the time).
- Operational knowledge working on a CRM platform.
- Microsoft Office skills – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are necessary. Must be able to develop detailed PowerPoint presentations that tell a story; advanced Word & Excel use.
- A strong technical foundation is considered a plus.

The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:
- Colorado: $128,500 to $134,500
- NYC: $146,500 to $154,000
- Washington State: $140,500 to $147,500
- California: $146,500 to $154,000
- New Jersey: $146,500 to $154,000
