We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Manager of Attendee Acquisition & Campaign Operations to power the growth engine behind our events. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, targeting, and engaging senior executives to ensure every dinner delivers the right mix of attendees.

You’ll sit at the intersection of client goals, audience strategy, and campaign execution—crafting outreach, refining targeting, and analyzing results. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and creativity, with a passion for building campaigns that convert conversations into real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Attendee Acquisition & Campaign Operations (50%)

  • Build, refine, and manage high-quality invitation lists aligned to client ICPs, ensuring we bring the right decision-makers to each dinner.
  • Draft and adapt outreach messaging; run A/B tests and tailor communications for different industries and seniority levels.
  • Track RSVP and attendance performance, analyzing trends to optimize future campaigns.
  • Own campaign KPIs and ensure each event meets or exceeds agreed benchmarks for audience quality.
  • Design engagement strategies that capture the attention of Fortune 500 executives, startup founders, and industry leaders.

Client Engagement & Account Management (20%)

  • Act as primary campaign manager for select clients—participating in kickoff calls, translating goals into targeting strategies, and delivering reporting.
  • Share progress and insights with professionalism and clarity, offering recommendations to strengthen client ROI.

Collaboration & Internal Operations (20%)

  • Maintain accurate trackers, revenue sheets, and event calendars.
  • Partner with creative, venue, and event production teams to align outreach with branding and logistics.
  • Collaborate closely with business development to ensure campaigns reflect client priorities and opportunities.
  • Contribute to process improvement and the refinement of playbooks for campaign excellence.

Event Support (10%)

  • Assist in coordinating event logistics as needed to ensure seamless execution.
  • Bridge the gap between audience acquisition campaigns and on-the-ground event delivery.

Key Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in audience acquisition, event marketing, campaign operations, or a related field.
  • Strong background in audience targeting, list management, or demand generation.
  • Excellent writing skills; able to craft and test outreach that resonates with senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Data-driven with experience turning insights into smarter targeting and messaging.
  • Confident leading client calls and managing relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce or similar) and campaign tracking tools.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
