Job Description
We are seeking a Management Curriculum Instructional Designer who is eager to help shape the future of management training. Join us in creating innovative and impactful learning solutions that empower managers to thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
As an Instructional Designer on the Leadership Edge team, you will drive the needs analysis prototyping, design, testing and iterative updates to Management training for 50,000 managers across the firm. You will work closely with our Project Management Relationship Management and Faculty teams to build high quality learning that creates the management skills our managers need to lead their teams as our firm transforms in the age of AI. You will report to the Head of Management Design and Content for Leadership Edge.
Job Responsibilities
  • Design and develop world-class instructional materials and curriculum specifically tailored for management training.
  • Lead and contribute to transformation programs aimed at building skills for managers.
  • Develop innovative skill-building learning solutions in response to organizational changes and technological advancements driven by AI transformation.
  • Integrate AI concepts and tools into learning programs to enhance the learning experience and outcomes.
  • Lead research and learning into recent AI and technology transformation initiatives, including benchmarking with peer organizations to incorporate relevant insights into curriculum design.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure the successful development and implementation of learning programs.
  • Lead the design of programs to support key elements of our management curriculum, including in-person, virtual, and digital learning, supporting managers to build knowledge, develop skills, adapt behaviors, and ultimately deliver against our firm's priorities.
  • Lead the testing, feedback, and revisions to ensure learning content meets needs and delivers at the level required by learners.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with Leadership Edge teams, HR product teams, Subject Matter Experts, managers, leaders and executives from across our businesses to produce high-quality program design.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 6+ years of advanced Instructional Design experience with a focus on creating content that is modern, experiential and challenging for our managers.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, especially those involved in AI-driven transformation.
  • Strong curriculum design skills with the ability to curate, create and map learning into curriculum and learning journeys.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced ownership, execution, consulting and influencing skills
  • Advanced cultural and global mindset, including the ability to create learning content that connects with managers in multiple job functions across the globe.
  • Advanced problem-solving and personal resilience to deliver in a dynamic and changing work environment.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to plan and deliver content across the curriculum.
  • Strong quality assurance and content review skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Experience working with AI transformation initiatives is preferred
