The Opportunity
As a Managed Services - Private Asr - Staff Accountant, you will focus on managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute reliably to your team. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. Within our Assurance practice, you will apply a learning mindset and take ownership of your development. You will appreciate diverse perspectives and actively listen, ask questions to check understanding, and clearly express ideas. In this role, you will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, committing to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness. You will learn and apply professional and technical standards, upholding the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements. Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making and optimize client financial performance
- Managing financial records and confirming compliance with accounting standards
- Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management processes
- Preparing and presenting financial statements and reports to provide accurate insights
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive client value
- Applying accounting and financial reporting standards to maintain data integrity
- Utilizing digital tools to enhance financial analysis and reporting efficiency
- Engaging in continuous learning to develop skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Gathering information from diverse sources to identify patterns and inform recommendations
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and taking ownership of tasks
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance
- At least 1 year of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Prior experience in public accounting or a controllership environment
- Current pursuit of CPA or an active CPA license
- Applying proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP/accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Intacct, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, Bill.com, Ramp, and Double
- Demonstrating proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
- Utilizing skills in Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis
- Applying knowledge of General Ledger Accounting and Maintenance
- Excelling in Account Reconciliation and Credit Control
- Engaging in AI-Human Collaboration and AI Fluency
- Adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics
- Building commercial awareness and understanding business operations
The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $141,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
