The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you will support the development and maintenance of scalable backend and frontend applications. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and upkeep of scalable backend and frontend applications
- Engage in project tasks to enhance technical skills and knowledge

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Proficiency in Java-based backend development
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks
- Knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and security protocols
- Skills in monitoring and performance optimization
- Ability to conduct code reviews and performance tuning
- Experience in API development and integration
- Understanding of database interactions with SQL and NoSQL

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
