What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; MBA preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the financial sector.
  • 8+ years of general business experience, with a strong background in lending solutions and financial services sales.
  • Knowledge of the credit reporting industry or international business planning is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; 100% fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail; ability to manage competing priorities and deliver key outcomes.
  • Sound business judgment, problem-solving, and influencing skills.

Impact You'll Make:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to develop and execute business development strategies for top clients, ensuring growth and the achievement of revenue objectives within our Financial Sector. This person will lead efforts to secure incremental revenue within one year and must be capable of delivering exceptional client service while strengthening relationships.

The ideal candidate will build and maintain senior-level client relationships by identifying both incremental and transformational business opportunities.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? (Job Functions)

  • Achieve the annual revenue target for a portfolio of high-opportunity clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts, ensuring clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the opportunity pipeline and weekly forecasts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their purchasing criteria.
  • Provide sales coverage for accounts with significant potential.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify, sell, close, and manage opportunities.
  • Mentor other associates on sales techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrate a high level of competency in key skills such as consultative selling, prospecting, and solution development.
  • Exhibit advanced industry knowledge.
  • Possess excellent leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with full fluency in English and Spanish.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
