As a Machine Learning Operations Specialist, you will be an integral member of a collaborative trading team. You will work on deploying, monitoring and managing machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) models in production. You will also help build critical infrastructure and tooling that leverages ML and AI technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deploy, manage and monitor ML and AI models in production.
* Help drive development of ML infrastructure and AI driven applications.
* Collaborate with software developers, researchers, traders and research scientists.
* Implement automated systems for training, validation, and monitoring of models, minimizing downtime and ensuring reliability.
* Create and maintain feature pipelines, feature stores, and model stores.
* Proactively troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement solutions to optimize GPU or CPU resource usage.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or related fields.
* Good programming skills in Python.
* Hands-on experience with infrastructure and tooling.
* Proficient in problem-solving and analytical reasoning.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with compute infrastructure necessary to support operating ML technology.
