About the Role
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer ****who is passionate about deploying impactful machine learning solutions at scale. In this role, you will focus on building, integrating, and optimizing ML systems in production environments. You will play a key part in shaping the technical direction of our data and ML platform and ensuring that our solutions deliver real business value to our customers
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
Collaborate with product and platform engineering teams to develop prototypes and scale them into robust, scalable solutions.
Develop automation pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of ML solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in deployed ML systems to ensure reliability and performance.
Contribute to architectural decisions and help define best practices for ML deployment.
Stay up to date with industry trends in ML operations and deployment technologies.
Background and Experience
3+ years successfully deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production.
5+ years of combined professional experience in ML/AI and software engineering
Experience with NLP solutions strongly preferred.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and data technologies (data lake, data warehouse).
Familiarity with ML development and deployment tools and frameworks.
Solid programming skills in Python and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience influencing technical direction or contributing to architectural decisions is a plus.
