ARSIEM is looking for self-starting, motivated M365 Software Developers / Programmers to support a federal Microsoft 365 cloud environment. The Software Developers will support application development, automation, Power Platform solutions, SharePoint customization, scripting, integrations, troubleshooting, and technical support across the M365 ecosystem. This position is primarily remote.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Support application development using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and related Power Platform components.
- Develop and maintain .NET-based solutions using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to support M365 administration, OneDrive features, SharePoint functionality, automation, and operational needs.
- Customize SharePoint lists and integrate disparate systems using Power Apps and related tools.
- Support configuration and maintenance of Power Platform environments, pipelines, and tenant-level settings.
- Troubleshoot user issues related to Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and related services.
- Assist with monitoring Dataverse environments, optimizing data models, monitoring resource utilization, and resolving performance issues.
- Support Proofs of Concept, pilot testing, reference materials, FAQs, knowledge articles, and training content.
- Contribute to bi-weekly and monthly status reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 cloud-based services in a large corporate or government environment.
- Strong .NET development skills, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience with SharePoint Online development and administration.
- Experience developing Power Apps models and customizing SharePoint lists.
- Proficiency creating PowerShell scripts.
- Knowledge of Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, Azure, Teams, OneDrive, and related M365 services.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across the M365 platform and AvePoint Online Services.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to complete IRS MBI/security onboarding and required IRS security training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Copilot for Power Apps, Copilot for Power Automate, AI Builder, Microsoft Graph, Purview, Defender, and M365 governance.
- Experience supporting federal government or large enterprise M365 environments.
- Experience supporting incident/task ticket resolution, POCs, pilot testing, and user-facing technical support.
- Experience with data retention, permissions, compliance settings, and enterprise policy implementation.
