Fort Collins Nissan is looking for an energetic, motivated, and organized Lot Operations Manager to lead our Lot Technician team and play a key role in the daily success of our dealership.

What You'll Do

As the Lot Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining an organized, customer-ready dealership while leading a team that keeps our inventory moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Lot Technicians to achieve daily goals.

  • Manage vehicle flow throughout the dealership, ensuring inventory is properly staged, parked, and displayed.

  • Coordinate incoming vehicle deliveries, trades, and inventory transfers.

  • Partner with the Sales and Service teams to support dealership operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and safe dealership environment.

  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with vehicle audits and lot organization.

  • Train and develop team members while creating a positive, accountable work culture.

  • Ensure all company policies and safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive, lot attendant, inventory, logistics, or team leadership experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Positive attitude with excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles safely and responsibly.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
