  • Creates analytics to identify trends and implement risk mitigating strategies to support the reduction of the Company’s operational risk exposures, promoting risk awareness and loss prevention techniques to address individual OpCo’s business operational risk.
  • Administers the organizations database to enhance the ability to report claims, track property exposures, and aggregation of insurers.
  • Handles the development of RMIS to maintain up to date global property portfolio collaborations.
  • Identifies key operational risk indicators and communicates findings to appropriate stakeholders to facilitate risk mitigating initiatives related to life, data and asset protection.
  • Performs extensive risk assessments and due diligence on M&A transactions and communicates findings to Corporate Development while working with newly acquired entities to develop recommendations which would minimize the risk of acquiring unknown liabilities.
  • Consults on the companies Supplier’s insurance language guidelines for US, UK and EU regions by collaborating with Legal, Global Procurement and other teams to resolve insurance issues.
  • Conducts PowerPoint presentations related to insurance programs and acceptable contract terms for OpCo’s Legal teams.
  • Advises on RM’s annual Insurance Budget for Risk Managers’ sign off and distribution to Finance, providing analysis and forecast of year-end expenditures for multiple lines of coverage.
  • Conducts Opco exposure analysis and renewal surveys, implementing appropriate solutions by facilitating timely completion of each captives annual audit/ regulatory filings.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $38,900 to $68,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
