The Logistics Coordinator Intern will manage client orders, maintain customer relationships, and serve as a liaison between the warehouse and finance, focusing on customer service and problem resolution.
Sanhua is looking for a Logistics intern to join our team in our Houston office. A successful Logistics Coordinator intern will utilize their high energy and strategy to provide excellent customer service. The logistics intern handles client orders from origination to invoicing and maintains and builds customer relationships by providing client updates on products, services, and orders. While serving as a liaison between warehouse and finance. Your goal is to deescalate customer complaints and provide prompt and timely feedback to clients.
Requirements:
- Pursuing bachelor's degree in supply chain, or related field
- Effective communication is essential, should be able to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, customers, sales, etc. via verbal & written.
- ERP system knowledge is a plus, familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Be able to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Critical thinking to find and solve to problems efficiently.
- Possess a sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to adapt and work in face-paced environment.
