Who We Are
The Memory controller IP team is responsible for designing and validating industry-leading Memory Controller (IP). We strive to lead the industry through continuous innovation and world-class engineering. We work closely with partners across Intel to deliver the Memory Controller and provide expertise in all areas of memory subsystem design.
Who You Are
In this position you will help us with the following responsibilities:

Pre-silicon verification and content development of the Memory Controller IP
-
Engaged in the full lifecycle of verification from planning to test execution.
-
Conduct, participate in test plan, test reviews, develop verification tests, their execution, debug, and triage of failures.
-
Closely interface with architecture and design teams to understand design product requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test content.
-
Work with SoCs to provide support for verification of the Memory domain.
-
Support post silicon testing, reviewing test plans, assist in debug, and provide simulation support for expedient debug.

Ability to multitask in handling several validation responsibilities

Desire to grow and learn from an established team in memory controller validation as well as in uarch and arch
Qualifications:
You must possess the minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Science and/or Master of Science/Master of Technology in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Science with minimum 1+ years of experience or and/or Master of Science/Master of Technology
Your experience should be in the following areas:
-
Experience in Pre-Si verification.
-
Experience in Logic Design and Architecture.
-
Experience with a design simulator, functional coverage concepts and implementation, test development, execution, and debugging.
-
Working knowledge of SV assertions, Coverage Point coding. Development and execution of validation test plans.
-
Knowledge of C/C++ languages and experience in software development using any of these languages is an added advantage

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$121,050.00-$170,890.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
